1. No Return / No Exchange Policy
All sales on our website are final.
We follow a “No Return, No Exchange” policy for all products, as each outfit is thoroughly checked for quality, embroidery, and packaging before dispatch.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Handwork irregularities (as these are part of the craftsmanship process)
2. Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been successfully placed and paid for, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Please review your order carefully before proceeding with payment.
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

After verification, our team will review and may offer a suitable resolution (replacement or store credit) at our discretion.

4. Refunds
Since we do not accept returns or cancellations, refunds are not applicable except in rare verified cases where Sakhi Ethnic Attire is at fault (e.g., wrong product shipped).
In such cases:
